Awesome Team! I am again blessed and ecstatic to say I now own my 1st car that is not a beater thanks to Wally, Keegan and Gus. I was not excited for car shopping at all but these guys made it very pleasant, great customer service, listened to my wants, needs. and kept me laughing. The staff is unbelievably great. Felt like I was walking in with a bunch of my relatives. I know people say that’s not a good thing, but I truly felt and believe that they were there Felt like I was walking in with a bunch of my relatives. Wally is the man! The other staff there was awesome too, holding conversation, joking around to pass some time before signing, and the finance department made everything easy to understand. Not only were the people great, but the car was delivered very clean and set for me to drive off the lot. Thank you guys! More

Great experience - no game playing. Multi-month search for a new/used vehicle narrowed it down to a Kia Sportage and another compact SUV. Ended up buying a 2019 Certified Previously Owned (CPO) Sportage. The ability to get a decent deal for product we wanted and the honest, open and balanced approach to car purchase by our salesman Wally resulted in our return to Russ Darrow Kia after visiting another dealership. Rob, the business manager was friendly, informative and efficient in filing the paperwork-done in less than an hour. They worked with us in doing financing the way WE WANTED, but also offered other alternatives- "whatever was most comfortable for us". Brandon, the GM was supportive of his staff, with all team players checking with us to make sure all questions/concerns were addressed. I hate buying cars, but my spouse and agree this was a great experience. More
