The actual salesman worked half day, so was gone by the time I needed final things arranged for the vehicle to be released. I got the car, and finance was finally arranged, and they were friendly, so the rating is average. More

False advertisement, looked online for Tesla Model Y saw on there website one I liked it was advertised retail $32,000 or One time payment $26,000. So went to the dealership in Fredericksburg, VA test drov on there website one I liked it was advertised retail $32,000 or One time payment $26,000. So went to the dealership in Fredericksburg, VA test drove the car liked it asked a lot of questions about the car since its new to me they were great answering those questions. They asked if I would be Financing or paying cash. I confirmed that the car is $32,000 if I financed and if I paid cash it was $26,000 they said yes. I said I'd like to pay cash and would like to see if they could do better on that price or at least throw in a mobile charger. After going and crunching the numbers with the sales manager they came back and said the cash price was $32,000. Naturally I disagreed because the cash price on their website and from the sales person was at $26,000. Clearly this was a bait and switch tactic that cost me 3 hours of my time and a lot of frustration for me. This is crazy that they Falsely advertise to get people in the door then not honor said price. I will be reaching out to the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board over this. These car dealers cant just be playing games like this. More

IMO, stay away from this dealership. Wali stopped returning emails and phone calls when I said that I was going to pay cash for a 2018 Yukon XL Denali. I looked at the reviews for AM and most of the recent Google reviews reference the salesman, Roy. I called AM today and asked for Roy. The response was " he is not available, how can I help?" When will he be available? R "He no longer works here". Can you provide me with a sales contract with the OTD price? R "we do not discuss numbers over the phone". I am not asking for numbers over the phone, I am asking for them in writing. R "go to our website, I will text you a link, see the sale price of $34,000 with a promotional discount of $5,000. I can help you get this discount.... are you in the military....?" The truck is listed for sale on Autotrader, 11/13/24, for $29,000.00 with a dealer fee of $1,495.00. No mention of a retail price of $34,000 and that you need to qualify for a $5,000. discount. This kind of says it all! More
