HORRIFIC service center. ...1st oil change, oil cap not put on and oil spilled all over engine block , no accountability or retribution...appt scheduled by their Dept for an E ...1st oil change, oil cap not put on and oil spilled all over engine block , no accountability or retribution...appt scheduled by their Dept for an EXTRA paid service of dings and dents, showed up for appt but the guy responsible for the service not told of appt. therefore was a NO SHOW?? Was told by Manny that I would be contacted by the manger Anselmo about previous encounter to only get a NO call.....and NOW recall being scheduled...asked to do both the recall and the dings at same time which will be a whole day, when asked about a loaner was told this place does NOT have any loaners.....so much for the xx V.I.P. program they advertise!!! so far this place is by FAR the Worst dealership I have ever encountered....I may dislike many dealers when it comes to sales as they are crooks which this place was too.....but at the least the other dealerships had EXCEPTIONAL service departments...this place is a disgrace!!!! More
