The whole experience from the beginning,Kayla introduced herself, I told her the vehicle I was interested in and she took over showings me my options, from there I drove the F150 lightning the she had on th herself, I told her the vehicle I was interested in and she took over showings me my options, from there I drove the F150 lightning the she had on the lot. I really liked the truck but I told her I maybe interested in purchasing a new model, she had her manager run me some numbers and he told what he had coming in.I told her I was going to look at a dealership near my house in Tarpon Springs, I did and they had a new flash coming in that day. I went by and looked at it and was not impressed because of the interior. But then I gat a call from Kayla saying she would really like to earn my business. I was really impressed with her reaching out to me rather than moving on to the next customer.I went back to the dealership we talked, I went over what I was willing to take for my truck and what I was willing to pay for her truck. Together we talk to management and came up, with a deal I could live with. I really don’t think I would have bought the tuck I have now if Kayla had not gently move the deal along. Thanks to Kayla and the management team At New Port Richie! I took my new truck to Orlando the weekend to visit my Grandson and it was seamless charging no issues.
