My experience at Duval Acura was AMAZING, and unlike and previous car buying experience. I did not feel pressured, and when I had additional questions after leaving Ahmed was more than willing to answer the previous car buying experience. I did not feel pressured, and when I had additional questions after leaving Ahmed was more than willing to answer them to make sure I was comfortable with the decision I was making. Ahmed knew I really wanted the vehicle I was looking at on the showroom floor, and went above and beyond to make sure it was secured for me as I needed to come back the next day. By time I came back everything was already done, and it was the smoothest transaction I’ve ever made. Will in finance was also great. Did not feel pushed into anything additional, and felt that he was being straight forward and honest. Nothing but good things to say, great experience, and I will likely purchase more from this dealership in the future, as well as refer friends and family. More

I contacted Ahmed about a car while on my way down to Florida from Virginia. I set an appointment and by the time I got to the dealership the car was pulled up front and all my paperwork was already done Florida from Virginia. Tim was just a joy to work with. We had just lost our much loved 2006 Lucerne, and he made us feel as though he really cared while showing us the 2013 Buick Lacrosse that was in like new condition.
