Not Good From start to finish, this experience has been unpleasant. Felt hurried through purchase and then after buying, Lexus certified to get a special car, From start to finish, this experience has been unpleasant. Felt hurried through purchase and then after buying, Lexus certified to get a special car, within 3 weeks I was having brake problems only to find out brake rotors were rested and needed replaced. Now, how did that get past a 161 point inspection? Service was poor experience. More

I wasn't there to buy a brand new $50,000 or $60,000 car, I was there to buy a good used car for a fair price. The service I received from Vy and the team at Walser was amazing! I purchased a brand new car 10 years ago from a dealership in Wichita and didn't receive 1/4 of the service I received from Vy Nguyen. Vy, thank you for helping me find the right car for my needs.
