Being that this was our first time buyer of a Nissan Sentra, Jambert show us the option from a varieties of models and pricing. He did everything quickly knowing that we are in a hurry to get back home. Him and his team did not pressured us to buy anything that we did not want. The paper works got done quickly through the finance department. Overall, I would gladly recommend my friend and family to come to this dealership in the future. More

I researched the car I wanted on CARS.COM and made an appointment with the dealership. I live in Carmichael near 3 other Nissan dealerships but drove the 30 miles to Nissan of Elk Grove because of this dealership's SUPERB customer service, professionalism and friendliness. The owner, general manager, sales and finance staff are all a pleasure to work with. Vu, the sales associate, was very knowledgeable about the Nissan brand as well as the differences between my 2011 Nissan 370Z and the new 2014 Nissan 370Z Nismo I planned on buying. The whole staff was patient with me as I test drove several Zs before making my decision. Also, the used car manager and service manager took good care of my trade in. Had been researching Murano's for a while and found pricing all over the place; checked out Elk Grove Nissan's web page, they had a huge selection of colors, styles, etc., and the opportunity to get a pricing all over the place; checked out Elk Grove Nissan's web page, they had a huge selection of colors, styles, etc., and the opportunity to get a quote for the Internet price. I did that via computer, received a quick response as to what the internet quote was and from that moment on the experience was amazing. I ended up using the online chat to determine if the vehicle, color and options I was looking at was on the lot and still available. They confirmed it was and had a salesperson call me which was Vu. We talked style, price and financing; he worked diligently to get me the price and financing I needed and all this over the phone! Made my way down there within the hour and found Vu to be pleasant, engaging and not pressuring whatsoever. Took a test drive, and with everything already set up on cost, and financing, the experience was hassle free. Dave our finance manager was just as engaging, and pleasant, was thorough in explanation and no surprises; when something changed on figures, he showed me where and why. The establishment is clean and inviting; not a stress factory. :) I appreciated the experience I received at Elk Grove Nissan and I have this beautiful Murano to show for it. I highly recommend them. They went above and beyond to not only satisfy all of my needs, but made the vehicle purchase process very convenient and smooth for me. I never felt pressured to buy a car. Dannielle and Vu were very organized. They provided me with auto quotes based on the various financing and vehicle options. They were very friendly and I appreciated the warm welcome! Honestly, the biggest turn off for me is for a dealership representative to come on strong and pressure me into making a decision that I am not comfortable with. I will attest that you will never receive that treatment at the Nissan of Elk Grove dealership. Vu Huynh made my day when he was able to find a 2014 silver Altima SV! The customer service that Vu provided did not end after I left the dealership. He remembered my top color preference and continued to search all over Northern California for it. Silver is such a high demand color and the supply is usually scarce. I couldn't believe Vu somehow found one for me! He worked his magic! I previously bought a 2012 Altima from Khanh Ho in 2012. He was my sales rep then. My parents also bought their 2003 Nissan Maxima from Khanh. It is always a pleasure to see Khanh. He takes care of me like a family member. Khanh detailed the car and helped with the vehicle prep. I really enjoy giving Khanh a "high-five" because he's a really cool guy. I always receive smiles every time I see him. I love my 2014 Altima SV so much!!! I have shared my wonderful experience with my family, friends, and co-workers. I will continue making recommendations for them to come down to Nissan of Elk Grove!
