Staff is very friendly. I was treated with respect. The place is clean! The kiddie room is awesome! It kept my little one entertained. Mr. Steven Wilcox is amazing! He helped me through everything! From deciding what car I want to getting a great deal. He didn't give up until I get a good deal. I was able to trade in the Sentra I got from a dealership out of state which we found out was wrecked before and I was able to get the 2015 Altima SV with zero down. Mr. Wilcox made the whole process less nerve-wracking and less stressful! On the finance side, Mr. Vu Huynh explained everything I need to know about the contract, payments, GAP insurance and perks I get from getting a brand new car from them. My only issue was that the rear navigator was not functional and this was not informed to me until i was halfway Overall the experience was pleasant.
