Staff is very friendly. I was treated with respect. The place is clean! The kiddie room is awesome! It kept my little one entertained. Mr. Steven Wilcox is amazing! He helped me through everything! From deciding what car I want to getting a great deal. He didn't give up until I get a good deal. I was able to trade in the Sentra I got from a dealership out of state which we found out was wrecked before and I was able to get the 2015 Altima SV with zero down. Mr. Wilcox made the whole process less nerve-wracking and less stressful! On the finance side, Mr. Vu Huynh explained everything I need to know about the contract, payments, GAP insurance and perks I get from getting a brand new car from them. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family! AND I recommend you go to Mr. Steven Wilcox! You won't regret it! More

My only issue was that the rear navigator was not functional and this was not informed to me until i was halfway Overall the experience was pleasant. Instead I got to focus on the fun part of car buying, picking out the color I liked! Omar was very nice and took his time with me, even though I caught him by surprise toward the end of the day. He walked me through all the paperwork and clearly explained everything. I went to the dealership alone and was a bit nervous about it, but everyone treated me with respect and never tried to pressure me into anything I didn't want. I walked away with a car I love at an amazing price. Seriously, no one can believe the deal I got. The entire staff was friendly, professional and helpful and they really worked with me on my trade-in. I was in and out in about 2 hours! This was by far the best car shopping experience I could have hoped for. More
