Awsome Altima My step daughter and I were looking for a car for me. She took me to Elk Grove Nissan based on her own prior experience with them. Great Experience My husband and I (along with our 14 month old son) went to look for a new vehicle for me yesterday, 3/17. We bought the first car we looked at, Nissan Pathfinder. I looked at other cars but none compared due to the amount of room in the Pathfinder. As for the customer service, awesome. Kim Lester was the dealer that sold us the Pathfinder. She was great, kept our son involved and made the overall experience worth it. More

Walking in at 7:30 pm I called Edith with about 2 hours left for the dealership to close and asked if they had any left in stock, with in minutes she takes me off hold and I called Edith with about 2 hours left for the dealership to close and asked if they had any left in stock, with in minutes she takes me off hold and tells me that she has one last one and two hours later after doing the paperwork with Vu, I drove away with a brand new Nissan Altima. Definitely will be back to buy another car in the future after dealing with these two knowledgeable individuals. More

Great Service Dealing with Nissan was a breath of fresh air. My first point of contact was Dannielle and she did everything she could to get me all of the info I n Dealing with Nissan was a breath of fresh air. My first point of contact was Dannielle and she did everything she could to get me all of the info I needed before stepping foot in the dealership. This was really important to me because I hadn't leased a vehicle before. I met Allan for the test drive and I appreciated how helpful he was and he didn't try pressuring me for a sale. Vu was very helpful as well and after answering a few more of my questions we made it thru the paperwork so I could get home. All in all I enjoyed my experience at Nissan of Elk Grove. More

So nice I bought twice Two years ago Presidents Day weekend I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima from Vu. It was the easiest and most pain free car buying experience I've ever had. Two years ago Presidents Day weekend I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima from Vu. It was the easiest and most pain free car buying experience I've ever had. This same weekend my wife was looking for a bigger car and we knew exactly where to go. This year we had the pleasure of working with Omar who was just as easy to work with. Based on what we told him our needs were he showed us a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder, we test drove the car, put a deposit down, returned and all the paper work was ready to go. Vu happened to be the one that took care of the finance for us. Again it was truly a pleasure. I look forward to buying my next car at Elk Grove Nissan. More
