I had a rental car for 22 days then I decided It was time to look for a car, so I asked my Mom if she wanted to go with me to look at cars, she said sure. We headed to Elk Grove Auto mall, stopped by Buick first, and I seen some possibilities. I told my Mom I want a hatchback so come on let's go to Toyota or Nissan, I picked Nissan just to look around and not 5 mins. on the lot out came Ms. Kim Lester, I thought ok salesperson, but Im just looking. I told Kim what I was looking for, and the next thing I know she was just whipping us around the lot trying to accommodate me, she showed me the Toyota Yaris, and the Nissan Versa Note and I was sold and next thing you know I was buying a car. Kim is definitely a people person, because I'm not easily persuaded to do something when I already have a plan as to what I'm going to do, but it was so natural and friendly that I was sold she's the best!! I even liked Vu the finance guy, and the Manager and Natalie, they all made this a great experience! Thank you Kim, and the Elk Grove Nissan Team!! More

Walking in at 7:30 pm I called Edith with about 2 hours left for the dealership to close and asked if they had any left in stock, with in minutes she takes me off hold and I called Edith with about 2 hours left for the dealership to close and asked if they had any left in stock, with in minutes she takes me off hold and tells me that she has one last one and two hours later after doing the paperwork with Vu, I drove away with a brand new Nissan Altima. Definitely will be back to buy another car in the future after dealing with these two knowledgeable individuals. More

This was really important to me because I hadn't leased a vehicle before. I met Allan for the test drive and I appreciated how helpful he was and he didn't try pressuring me for a sale.
