WOW!!!!! Not sure on where to begin to write this as I have much to say but would like to keep it nice and short. We came here just to look around and ended up Not sure on where to begin to write this as I have much to say but would like to keep it nice and short. We came here just to look around and ended up getting two brand new cars. ( Sentra and Altima). As soon as we entered we where greater very warmly by everyone on the sales team and offered refreshments. Steven Wilcox introduced himself and told us he would be more than happy to help us if we needed anything. Through out the whole time we did not feel like we being harassed by Mr. Wilcox and felt as if we were being treated like a good friend of his. He made sure we were aware of there deals and specials and listened to what we wanted and what we did not. And 4 hours later I had my car. After my deal was closed my partner decided to see how a Altima drives and ended up falling in love with it and once again with the help of Mr.Wilcox we had our sale done. We felt very comfortable the whole time and did not at all felt as if we were being taken advantage of. I would definitely recommend him as well as everyone else at this dealership. More

First-Time Car Buyer! Ecstatic beyond imagination! :) I'm Peejay, and I'm a first time car buyer. I just got my driver’s license 3 weeks ago, and I was just so eager to check out used or new car for my fi I'm Peejay, and I'm a first time car buyer. I just got my driver’s license 3 weeks ago, and I was just so eager to check out used or new car for my first car. I browsed a gazillion sites just to check on my options (I heard that first time car buyer seldom gets to own their dream car because of a lot of things to consider). And so, a day after getting my license, my family and I went to check Nissan of Elk Grove after attending church (my aunt and uncle recently purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from them too), and I was given the chance to meet one of the most amazing-friendliest-very professional man ever --- Mitchelle Soneja. Mitch welcomed us with warmth, and was very professional on how he handled my situation. I loved the small talks we had, he made me feel comfortable and the process then became a breeze. He asked questions to narrow down my needs in a specific car, and to check on my options. I told him about how excited I was to own a car, and he showed interest in helping me and making that dream come true. I have been in contact with him within the next 2-3 weeks, giving me details and info. I totally appreciate how helpful, patient, understanding, amazing and knowledgeable he has been. He was-is-will always be a big part of my happiness right now. If not for him, I wouldn't have my Pearl (yep, I named my car already!) Every time I look at Pearl, I tell her --- "Mitch brought you into my life!" (Cheesy but true!) :) :) :) Shoutout to: Maria - She was amazing! Since Mitch was with another client, he made sure someone as knowledgeable, friendly and helpful as him would help me out. Maria was just so nice, I loved the small talks, or when she tells me what she thinks on something that would be beneficial to me, she made me feel very comfortable, and I loved it. She showed me my Pearl, and I fell in-love with her right away! :) Zandro - He was just awesome! Always keeping tabs on how me and my family were doing. Making sure that we were all doing fine. we went there, and there were a lot of clients that day, and I sooooo appreciate how he took care of us. The politeness and friendliness was just amazing! :) Jambert - Such a cool dude! I liked how he came to us and just made sure that we were being taken care of. Checking if clients are happy - a BIG PLUS! :) Warren - I am lost for words with this guy! He worked his magic and made my dream come true! It's just amazing how he made it possible for me to come in that day just to check my options for a car, and voila! I went home with my Baby Pearl! I was in Cloud 9 that night! :) Vu - he was super cool! You know how scary or intimidating it can be to step inside a room with this tall serious looking guy waiting for you? well, that was how I felt at first, but when he smiled and started talking, I became so comfortable with him! Funny and awesome dude here! :) Overall, my experience with Nissan of Elk Grove is remarkably unforgettable! Not just because I got my very first baby (car) from there, it's because I felt I was a part of their family. I was taken cared of, people were courteous, nice, friendly, walked an extra mile to help me out. It was just a fantastic experience that I can NEVER forget. These people right here made me the happiest camper! They are diamonds in a rough! Definitely a valuable asset to the company! I now have my Baby Pearl! If there's 10 stars for each category to rate Nissan of Elk Grove, I would give them 10! Perfect score all the way! Cheers to having more business with you guys in the future! xoxo Peejay More

Went in to see my financing options in person as I have no-so- great credit. Ended up walking out with a 2015 Rogue with a 10 year warranty. He treated me and wife with utmost friendliness and courteous. Should I buy another car some time in the future I will come back to this dealer and hopefully Allan still work here. While I got 3 other internet quotes, I visited another Nissan dealer. I wasn't too please with this other salesman, his body language was all wrong. While his price was a few hundred dollars less than Nissan Of Elk Grove, I choose not to buy from him. For Allan, he was very friendly and courteous and great body language. I would rather buy from a dealer and pay a few hundred dollars more and with a salesman that is friendly, courteous and not cocky at all. Once again, Allan and the team at Nissan of Elk Grove, you made my purchase experience an outstanding one. Thank you……….. More

I had a rental car for 22 days then I decided It was time to look for a car, so I asked my Mom if she wanted to go with me to look at cars, she said sure. We headed to Elk Grove Auto mall, stopped by Buick first, and I seen some possibilities. I told my Mom I want a hatchback so come on let's go to Toyota or Nissan, I picked Nissan just to look around and not 5 mins. on the lot out came Ms. Kim Lester, I thought ok salesperson, but Im just looking. I told Kim what I was looking for, and the next thing I know she was just whipping us around the lot trying to accommodate me, she showed me the Toyota Yaris, and the Nissan Versa Note and I was sold and next thing you know I was buying a car. Kim is definitely a people person, because I'm not easily persuaded to do something when I already have a plan as to what I'm going to do, but it was so natural and friendly that I was sold she's the best!! I even liked Vu the finance guy, and the Manager and Natalie, they all made this a great experience! Thank you Kim, and the Elk Grove Nissan Team!! More
