Touring the facility highlighted some eye opening amenities consistent with a top tier dealership. Even after the sale Sebastian, Vlad and Chris Norton were were extremely responsive to follow up questions. Sebastian provided stellar service from the hotel thru the tutorial to the final wave goodbye. While driving the car back home, Vlad was quick to respond to a question and identified a positive solution within minutes. Igor the Manager was a delight to speak with and was quite proud to tout some of the dealerships successes. In summary, this experience exemplified teamwork and professionalism. He even offered to get some minor repairs done to the vehicle before as part of the package. Got a fantastic trade in on my Lexus NX as well.
