Vivian is the best and now the only service advisor I will work with at any Mercedes dealership. Her attentiveness and service skills far surpass any of the other service advisors I have dealt with. Sh will work with at any Mercedes dealership. Her attentiveness and service skills far surpass any of the other service advisors I have dealt with. She communicates clearly, keeps me updated on progress and makes sure all of my needs are met. She even preemptively texted me to let me know she was going to be out the following day and made sure I knew who I could talk to if I had any questions. She embodies the exceptional service level that is expected at a Mercedes Benz that many other service advisors fail to meet. More
