Me son and daughter in law went to this dealership to purchase a car in July. After going back and forth a bit we finally agreed to a price. We were doing our own financing from our bank. It took 2.5 hrs purchase a car in July. After going back and forth a bit we finally agreed to a price. We were doing our own financing from our bank. It took 2.5 hrs to get a bill of sale to take to our bank to get a check. After we returned with the check it took another 1.5 to do the final paperwork. We had a we owe to be done to the car that still has not been fixed. They kept telling us they couldn’t find the part. So we took upon ourselves and called a local dealership and behold they keep that part in stock. Amazing when you do the work yourself. After we call and let them know thaty this dealership has the part in stock. They have now agreed to get the part. Now they are telling us it will take 5 hours to do the job. We asked the local dealership how long it should take and they are telling two hours max. Once we get this part fixed we will never come back to this dealership. I would not recommend them for anything at all. I’ve sold cars before for over 8 years and it has never taken me more than 30days to get a part. They should be ashamed of themselves for this type of service. More

Tre was amazing! Straight forward and relaxed. He doesn't give you that typical car salesman feeling. He worked with me to get the car I wanted. I could have gone up Straight forward and relaxed. I worked with Virgil, who was very polite and professional on the phone. But the original OTD he emailed me tried to hide the dealer mark up. The dealership, only gets 1 star. This dealer who tries to mark up the cars over MSRP to fake scarcity, claiming they are "hard to find". They tried to mark up the RIO and then the FORTE. Virgil did tell me upfront that they were going to mark up the Forte, after I told him I would not pay over MSRP. So I appreciate him being honest about that. I'm now working with two other dealers in the area who are offering me the car at MSRP. More

Salesperson was nice but 45 minutes late for our scheduled appointment time. Finance was easy because it was mostly electronic however I found a $835 charge for “Lux care”that I wasn’t told about. scheduled appointment time. I called the dealership to find out what it was and was told it was an exterior protectant and they add it to every car they sell. This lux care charge is not included in the price of the vehicle and should be optional and explained during the financing process. More
