I purchased a used 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLS from eCarOne in December 2024, trusting their advertised 150-point inspection and assurance that everything was in top condition. Unfortunately, within one hour of c December 2024, trusting their advertised 150-point inspection and assurance that everything was in top condition. Unfortunately, within one hour of completing the purchase, I discovered a major air-conditioning issue. I immediately reported the problem on the same day to my salesperson, but instead of taking any responsibility, I was told to take it directly to Mercedes-Benz. As a result, my vehicle has spent nearly two months in the service center, meaning I have had the car for less than one full day since I purchased it. I have been still waiting for Benz to fix the issue. While I understand that the salesperson might not have been aware of the issue, my concern is how a problem this significant passed their 150-point inspection. The dealership advertised the car as thoroughly checked, but clearly, something was missed. If a basic system like air-conditioning was faulty right after purchase, it raises serious concerns about the accuracy of their inspections. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and the inconvenience this has caused. I urge anyone considering buying a vehicle from eCarOne to be extra cautious and thoroughly inspect everything before completing their purchase, as their advertised inspections do not seem to guarantee a trouble-free experience. More
