I’m very unsatisfied with the customer service. We needed some paperwork on the new vehicle. After contacting Jim Norton three times via email and voicemail over several days, was given no response We needed some paperwork on the new vehicle. Waited OVER AN HOUR for a manager and still do not have the needed paperwork to register my car. Really?
