I had an amazing experience with this service center. Vincent was very personal and took care of my car.with no hesitation. Went for an oil change in December, which took 2 hours. Then in January (1 month later) I got a notification I needed to change my oil because Audi forgot to recalibrate the oil sensor. I called and tried to schedule a follow up visit which was extremely challenging and kept getting sent to voicemail on several attempts to connect to the service department. Very disappointing experience overall. More
