Came in for an oil change, they said I had to replace my shocks and pay for an alignment, which I did. Then my car was making a funny noise so I brought it back in. They had given me a bad part (shock) so h shocks and pay for an alignment, which I did. Then my car was making a funny noise so I brought it back in. They had given me a bad part (shock) so had to replace it (at no cost) they then gave me a hard time when I asked for an alignment again. My thought process was if they tell you you need an alignment after shock work when I’m paying for it, they should also do it when I’m not getting charged because of the bad part they gave me. This whole issue took hours out of my work day and I wasn’t even offered a discount on my next oil change or anything to address the fact I had to bring my car back in and waste hours of my day all because I was given a bad part. Very disappointed. More

Had a brake kit applied to my Tacoma on a Friday. Drove to Horicon (~ 50 min) the next Wednesday. The left rear brake froze & was really hot. In an answer to prayer we found a mechanic who made a “running to Horicon (~ 50 min) the next Wednesday. The left rear brake froze & was really hot. In an answer to prayer we found a mechanic who made a “running repair” by backing off the brake but said we needed to back to the dealer when we got back. Appreciated the help you team provided to check things out, looking at all four brakes and rechecking everything out. So all is well that ended well. Stuff happens & I’m glad your team took things seriously and did the detailed checkout. More

I had a situation that was handled quickly and extremely professionally by Joe Vicari. He was very patient and an active listener and had an open mind to the customer's needs. My husband has always taken my car to Heiser for oil changes. The last visit, last week the tech told him the spring in the oil filter cup was missing. We had to pay $64.34 for a new cup. The techs are changes. The last visit, last week the tech told him the spring in the oil filter cup was missing. We had to pay $64.34 for a new cup. The techs are the only ones touching the cup so how did the spring go missing. Also, the time before we had the tires rotated 2 lug nuts were broken off. We were not told and had to bring it to the service manager attention. Not sure why this has happened since we have always be satisfied in the past.
