Everyone was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and made you feel comfortable with the buying process. They focused on our needs and what was best for us. David Asbach was our main representative and he was honest, sincere, and worked very hard to find exactly what we were looking for. He followed-up on every detail and was an overall excellent person to work with. I would highly recommend him (and the dealership) to others. We're incredibly pleased! Thank you! More

I wouldn’t buy my Honda at any other dealership. I’ve bought from Schaumburg before been serviced in Dekalb and been to St. Charles. They could all learn a lot from the sales team Matt Rolak was my I’ve bought from Schaumburg before been serviced in Dekalb and been to St. Charles. They could all learn a lot from the sales team Matt Rolak was my sales guy. BUT they operate as a team and the sales managers aren’t screaming and the finance team isn’t rude like Schaumburg was. This is a five star team, and they should be the gold standard for your other locations. More

From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left with a new car, the experience was fantastic. I appreciate that I was not met at the door by a sales rep. Our salesperson, Eva, was the best! She listened to what I wanted in a car and did not try to sell me more. She answered all my questions and was no pressure from the beginning to the end of my experience! More

Everyone on the team was exceptional. Where to start? I reached out to Tara the internet manager who was prompt, courteous and gave me transparent pricing immediately. I was put in touch with Tommy Keefe who was also friendly and efficient in responding. Once I arrived, manager Warren reviewed the deal with me personally and went over the figures with me. No price changes or hidden fees either! What a nice change from other places! Tommy was just as pleasant in person as on our correspondence too. Vince billed me out and went over my options with me and was also friendly and courteous. Total team effort and a refreshing place to go that's 100% sleeze free. * Of note, I've been dealing with Warren for 10 + years and he not only took time to make me feel welcome, but he took several calls, helped sales staff, appraised cars and was friendly to several customers in between. Thats great leadership! I have at least 5 Honda stores closer to me but Brilliance is worth the extra drive. Classy staff from head to toe! Don't settle for any dealership, treat yourself to Brilliance. More
