My second Mercedes My experience at Ray Catena Mercedes, and in particular with my salesman, Vince Peluso Jr. was a pleasure. The entire staff is obviously dedicated My experience at Ray Catena Mercedes, and in particular with my salesman, Vince Peluso Jr. was a pleasure. The entire staff is obviously dedicated to customer service, and no one more so than Vince. I'm not a man who is easily impressed, nor given to the casual use of superlatives, and to be perfectly honest, I'm a somewhat of a difficult customer. I'm the guy that does his homework, and knows the answers to his questions before they are asked. I do this to test the knowledge and sincerity of sales people. Vince did not disappoint. He has an impressive knowledge of the entire Mercedes line, and spares no effort to ensure your questions are answered. And more importantly, he was direct in saying "I don't know, but I'll find out and get back to you" No B.S., I like that. When it came to making choices of options and colors, Ray Catena is well stocked, and Vince took the time to make certain I saw all the possibilities. A good experience, and one I will recommend without reservation. More
