He answered all my questions about my new 2016 C300 Mercedes, his knowledge of the vehicle was very impressive, he was very patient and thorough. The color I was looking for (Diamond Metallic) was a difficult color and there was no cars in the showroom with that color, Vince made an effort to show me a sample display of the color so I could see it in person, most sales reps. would tell you to look it up on the internet. This will not be my last Mercedes purchase and I will definitely buy from Vince Jr. again. More
