Exceeded my expectations except after sale communication. If there is a 4.5 rating that's what I'd honestly rate Jim Coleman but since there isn't one 5 is what is fair. I purchased a off brand pre-owned vehicle long distance from Jim Coleman. From making an offer to the car to driving off the lot everything is what I expect from a A+ rated dealer. I never purchased a car out of state, so to be honest, I was a bit nervous since if I encountered any issues pre or after sale, I'd have to rely on email, telephone or drive 4.5 hrs to resolve them. Thankfully, almost(see below) everything went smoothly and better than I expected. I'd give my sales Vince and Nelson top marks, and here is my nitpicking: they still haven't gotten back to me on a small tow eye cap and tow hook I asked that suppose to came with the car. Trivial things I know, and I should've check those things out before driving off, but still, I think I deserve an email saying "sorry, we don't have them." Anyhow, overall experience is still highly satisfying. If I want a Toyota in the future, Jim Coleman is on my short list even if it means driving 4+ hrs. More

Nice transition fro one lease to another Service at Jim Coleman Toyota from Larry Pang, Arslon Almas, Vince Leonard, Rahleak Restrepo (Finance) and Ivan (Sales) was superb. I asked for "low Service at Jim Coleman Toyota from Larry Pang, Arslon Almas, Vince Leonard, Rahleak Restrepo (Finance) and Ivan (Sales) was superb. I asked for "low pressure" sales experience and they clearly understood what I wanted and followed through. No heavy follow-up while we thought about the offer; no pressure to purchase extras and unnecessary add-ons. Ivan from Sales was very knowledgeable and provide thorough training on the new features and electronics. They were willing to work on pricing and a lease payment plan that suited us. To top it all off, a week after our purchase, I realize I had forgotten to remove my EasyPass transponder from our trade-in and Larry went to extra effort to track it down and return it to me. Overall a very pleasant experience. More
