I went to Greenway Kia ready to buy either a Telluride or Sorento. I test drove the telluride and loved it! After telling them what I was looking for we started talking about prices. They had a telluride and Sorento. I test drove the telluride and loved it! After telling them what I was looking for we started talking about prices. They had a telluride and Sorento coming in. They told me it would be $6,000 OVER MSRP. That was what the market was demanding. I was really surprised and told them I would think about it. The next day I called the Memphis and the Jackson Kia dealerships. They all confirmed they are not going over the MSRP price. The Jackson dealer had the exact telluride I was looking for coming in 2 weeks. So I jumped on it. That call saved me 6k! I would NOT buy a car from this dealership and highly recommend calling other dealers in the state (not greenway dealers). You may have to wait a bit longer but it will save you money! BTW, the sales person at Greenway told me he would text me the next day as he would work hard to get them to come off that price and he never did….it didn’t matter. More

Buyer beware - Do not purchase from this dealership. I Buyer beware - Do not purchase from this dealership. I bought a 2021 Kia Stinger this year and elected to purchase the extended warranty. Severa Buyer beware - Do not purchase from this dealership. I bought a 2021 Kia Stinger this year and elected to purchase the extended warranty. Several months after the purchase, I decided I did not need the $2800 extended warranty and have been trying to cancel for several months. I have made multiple attempts at reaching the dealership through their online chat, phone calls, text messages to the finance manager and eventually visited the dealership again to cancel. On or about 08/27, I received a phone call from their corporate office stating the warranty was cancelled and the funds has been reimbursed back to my finance company. To date, 10/06/21, no payment has been received or posted to my auto loan, the dealership rarely responds to my inquiry and each time I get the same response from Sid - "I will call Lisa at corporate to inquire" but never get a response or update. The purchase of the vehicle was easy and acceptable terms but the service they provide after purchase is greatly lacking. I will not be using this dealership for any maintenance and suggest you choose a different dealer to purchase your car. More

All please note Franklin Kia is different from Universal Kia (different ownership) when they say they will work with you and not put you into something you can't afford they mean it and stand by it. The best place to buy a car in Tennessee I was treated like royalty. I was in service getting an oil change then struck up a conversation with a Jim Galuszka over a hot cup of coffee. He sai I was treated like royalty. I was in service getting an oil change then struck up a conversation with a Jim Galuszka over a hot cup of coffee. He said I could trade out of my car and keep my payments the same or lower. I said yes an hour and a half later I am the proud owner of my favorite color dark cherry red 2016 kia I had a great day and my kids love it. Thanks Jim when it is time for my next car I will ask for Jimore Galuszka!!! More

My husband & I have been through some hard times financially. I was rear ended in an auto accident a year ago, and the other driver didn't have insurance. My credit suffered a lot because of physica financially. I was rear ended in an auto accident a year ago, and the other driver didn't have insurance. My credit suffered a lot because of physical therapy and doctor bills. We have three children. The vehicle I had was in terrible shape, to say the least. It was not really safe to drive. Billy, Tim, & Vince all went beyond and above to get us approved & in a really nice Dodge Avenger. We also hadn't realized that our insurance was already expired. They helped us get insurance on the spot so we could still drive our new car home. They were nice to our children, polite, courteous, and very friendly. We had been several other places and gotten nowhere. I didn't think we were ever going to be able to get a new car. We were truly blessed to have them to help us. More

Got a car put down a down payment had car 5 weeks for them to call and say they needed car back even though my payment wasn't late and none of them could give me a correct answer on why this happened. It took days to get a returned phone call than they were rude about the situation than it took a week to get my down payment refunded so I could go some where else to get another car. None of my family nor myself will ever but a vehicle from Kia in Franklin tn! More
