I made an appointment and they were anticipating my arrival. Paul Kim was very calm and I enjoyed test driving the car with him. He was able to answer the specific questions I had about the car I was purchasing. Never once did he seem uncertain. Lastly Vijay in financing was so friendly and hilarious. He made me feel comfortable as a female car buyer. I purchased add ons but did not feel pressured. Everyone was polite the facility was comfortable. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!! I’ll start by saying that car buying is at the bottom of my list of what I enjoy purchasing and have always dreaded in the past. That all changed sinc I’ll start by saying that car buying is at the bottom of my list of what I enjoy purchasing and have always dreaded in the past. That all changed since coming to Knauz. Mitch is a great salesman – very friendly and knowledgeable and he found exactly what I wanted but never pushed me to buy. He's genuinely concerned about a customer getting what he is looking for and that the customer is happy with his purchase. This car has a lot of controls and cool features that I was not familiar with and Mitch was very helpful and patient when it came to explaining everything as was Evan who also knows a lot about the cabin controls and features – a wealth of information and also very good and patient when it came to explaining it all. Vijay handled the financing and the process took a minimal amount of time which was another plus. This was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve had and I would not hesitate to purchase from this top notch dealership again. More

Great Customer Service! I was in the market for a new car and found the CLA 250 and fell in love. We worked with Pail Kim and he was such a pleasure to work with. He was know I was in the market for a new car and found the CLA 250 and fell in love. We worked with Pail Kim and he was such a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He really made it such a great car buying experience. We finally decided we had to have the car and went to pick it up. Everyone we came in contact with from Paul our sales guy to VJ in finance we felt taken care of and at ease. They even washed my fiance's car while we waited! Definitely recommend Paul at Knauz if you are in the mare it for a Mercedes!! More
