Not disclosing protection plans I just leased up a RAV4 on dec 4, 2017. I never leased before so understanding was my car was covered for the first 2 yr for service. I really thought these folks were looking out for me and my best interest and I thought they were good people in my eyes at the time and not lying sales men, but here I am a month later and paying $300 for one tire because something was stuck in my tire never was I told about tire protection I was told about Gap insurance and that was it what was said was “well since you reported you can’t go any higher on your monthly car there are s no need to go over any other coverage it was TIRE PROTECTION WAS NEVER OFFERED AS THIS IS SOMETHING I WOULD HAVE PURCHASES AS I ALWAYS DO WITH MY TIRE IN THE PAST BUT IT WAS NEVER THROUGH THE DEALERSHIP IT WAS THROUGH TOWN FAIR TIRE AS I NEVER NEW THIS WAS AN OPTION THROUGH DEALERSHIPS!! Then when I confront my salesman that sold me the car basically said sorry there nothing I can do!! OF COURSE BECAUSE U GOT UR COMMISSION SO UR DONE WITH ME!! Thanks!! SERVCE DEPARTMENT REP I AM DEALING WITH ON THIS MATTER WAS VERY NICE AND HAD EMPATHY ON MY SITUATION BUT I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A CAR HER AGAIN I AM A SOCIAL WORKER AND AM ON THE WROTE ALOT SO THIS TIRE PROTECTION WOULD HAVE BEEN A PURCHASE I WOULD HAVE DONE IF IT WAS OFFERED!! I GOT MOR INFORMATION ON MY SALESMANS PARTY AND DRINKING LIFE AS WELL AS WHAT IS GOING ON IN OTHER SALESMANS PERSONAL LIVES THEN I DID ABOUT PROTECTION FOR MY VEHICLE THE.
