We will always have a special place in our hearts for Beck and Masten and it’s employees, however, this was not the best experience. We went to the dealership due to an engine light code for the thermost Beck and Masten and it’s employees, however, this was not the best experience. We went to the dealership due to an engine light code for the thermostat. The diagnostic test came back with the thermostat ( which we were aware of) and they also included the radiator. We came to find out that the radiator had no problems at all. That was very disheartening. The other part that seemed very distasteful was when we asked to see images/videos of the problem, they sent random pictures of the tires and part of the engine. None of the pictures provided included the thermostat or the radiator (which was claimed to be damaged). Luckily, we did get a second opinion so that we would not have to spend nearly $4,000 on an item to be fixed that did not need to be fixed. More

This dealership is a great neighborhood dealership caters to the area and other surrounding counties and cities near me. I've purchased three pickup trucks from this dealership my most recent purchase was aw to the area and other surrounding counties and cities near me.
