Purchased a used 2025 2500 diesel for $76k, was promised
it had an oil change. After 2 days, I finally had a chance to open the hood, checked the oil, and it was BLACK. Called and was offered a free oil c

Called and was offered a free oil change, which took me an hour ea way and over a 2 hour wait. Two days later my gut told me to check the oil, it is barely registering on the dip stick. NEVER again will I purchase anything from you.

Hello, all vehcile service does come with a complimentary multipoint inspection. We try to be 100% transparent with our inspections and our customers, especially when it come to safety items, tire, brakes, leaks, etc., that could be found during the multipoint inspection.
I apologize if the service advisor did not walk you through the process during write up, it should of been explained better. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have any further questions.
