He is very personable, friendly knowledgeable, and dedicated to his job. You leave with a feeling of accomplishment no matter what your service entailed i’ve been a long time customer with this dealership and I’ve always had every vehicle serviced there. Troy is one of the nicest most personable and friendly advisers. I’ve had since dealing with them over the past 15 years. The only negative thing that I have is win, the service tech tries to do too many things at one time. While I was paying for my truck service instead of devoting his attention to me he was on the phone, tr tech tries to do too many things at one time. Dealer advertised a mark down price and used that price to start the deal. I had 3 other dealers that had marked down prices and as soon as I wanted to start dealing they raised the price back up to stick to start the deal.
