You feel like your at a five star restaurant because you are treated first class. Everybody you deal with will treat you like the CEO. We told our salesman we were just looking and not buying. He presented the vehicle we were interested in, but didn’t really try to sell it. In all honesty, Lexus kinda sells itself. Then I asked how much? After a little (very little) back and forth, we agreed on a price. Now I had researched luxury vehicles for 6 months. I test drove a Cadillac 2 days earlier and over the 6 month period I had test drove numerous vehicles. I wanted the Lexus. I bought my Lexus from Northside Lexus. I am very happy with my vehicle and the price. After my research, I could not believe I got my vehicle for less than my target price. I am very satisfied and would do business with this dealership again. Nick M. I was referred to Nick Makrak I have leased cars from Lexus before & have they have always been great from leasing a new car to service to collision! I was referred to Nick Makrakis, which is a very sweet man but he treated me like his daughter, even though we are probably close to the same age. :) He told me what to think about & consider before making a decision with safety 1st. The biggest thing I noticed though was how the employees treated each other. They always spoke highly of one another & when you were passed from one department to the other, you felt like you were talking to the best! Not sure how Lexus finds or trains their teams but they are doing something very right! Also a big shout out to David Trice! The building is beautiful and staff was waiting for us as soon as we stepped inside. Immediately my intimidation was put at ease, as the staff kindly asked us what they could help with and directed us to Ashley. Ashley was amazing! She was not what I have experience dealing with car sales people in the past. She was not pushy, she listened to my wants and needs and directed me to cars that checked all of my boxes. In no time, I found exactly what I wanted! My husband asked about promotions that were being offered at the time and we were offered 2K off our new car purchase! Just another amazing perk! We were walked to financing, which the process went equally as smooth. We had previously asked that the car windows be tinted and expected to wait after financing, however as soon as we walked out Ashley had already taken care of that as well! The tint job was done! We were then directed to Victoria, she helped me with downloading my Lexus app. She walked me through all of the detail of the app and through the entire car. I can't say enough great things about Lexus and my Lexus experience. I was always told by other Lexus owners how wonderful Lexus is but now I am a part of the family and here to stay!
