I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service experience I encountered after purchasing a vehicle and subsequently deciding to cancel the extended warranty. After buying the customer service experience I encountered after purchasing a vehicle and subsequently deciding to cancel the extended warranty. After buying the car, I felt it was in my best interest to cancel the warranty due to my needs. In April, I contacted the dealership, and I was assured that the cancellation would be straightforward. I was given instructions on where to send my cancellation request, and I complied by providing all necessary details. Unfortunately, my experience turned frustrating as I faced numerous challenges in following up on my request. After several weeks of back-and-forth communication, I was informed that my emails had not been received. Eventually, I escalated the issue to the manager, who promised that my refund would take an additional 6-8 weeks to process. Now, after waiting the full 8 weeks, I find myself needing to call again, only to be met with no updates or explanations regarding the delay. Despite my efforts to resolve this matter, I feel as though my concerns are being dismissed, and my requests are being ignored. I have referred multiple clients to this dealership in the past, and it is disheartening to see such a lack of responsiveness and accountability. I have dedicated significant time and energy to this process, and it feels as though I am being discouraged from pursuing my rightful refund. I hope this feedback prompts improvements in your customer service processes, as my experience has not reflected the level of care and professionalism one would expect from a reputable establishment. An update on my previous complaint regarding my refund. After submitting my initial complaint on the Auction Direct USA website, a manager reached out to me and assured me that a check had been written to my lender for the appropriate refund. However, three months have passed, and my lender has yet to receive the check. Despite my efforts to contact your team, I have not received any responses to my calls or emails. This lack of follow-up is extremely frustrating, and I find this treatment unacceptable. As a customer, I would never expect to be treated this way, and I urge you to address this issue immediately. Andre was the first person I spoke with on the phone and he was amazing. Didn't pressure me and scheduled an appointment for me. After leaving the dealership with the car was when I really had issues. No on responded to my emails or phone calls for 4 months. It wasn't until I saw they had a different GM and I directly emailed him did I get my issue resolved. I will not go back! More

Seems like a well organized dealership. Only complaint is I was promised that floor mats would be provided to me after the purchase (floor mats had been taken out of the car). There were many text messages to the sales person and his manager for may weeks after the sale and after more than 2 months I still did not floor mats, just still a promise I would get them. Eventually the sales person and his manager quit replying to my messages and still no floor mats. Is is really that hard to just do what you said you were going to do? At one point the sales manager told me "I could just buy them online, they are not very expensive". This put a sour taste to otherwise a routine transaction. I would say don't believe any promises that are not in writing with Auction Direct. Finally after calling the sales department manager (the boss's boss) 3 months after the sale, he said he would send a check to me to cover the floor mats. Even this promise did not happen and I had to call him again and inquire 1 month later. He said something like "oh yes I thought I put that request in". Check finally came for floor mats over 3 months later. More

The people I dealt with at the dealership were fine. My problem was with the company the one that's running the dealership I brought a 2019 Cherokee Jeep I didn't realize until after I signed the papers My problem was with the company the one that's running the dealership I brought a 2019 Cherokee Jeep I didn't realize until after I signed the papers that they only have one key for the vehicle I asked them for a second key they wanted me to pay for it because they couldn't find it that's the problem I should not have to pay for the key I put money down over $10,000 and I should not have to buy a key. They should have offered to get me a key for the vehicle if I lose the key I have issues then I don't see what was the problem with them offering to purchase another key for the vehicle after I spent over $10,000 down payment I'm very upset about it and I will not recommend Auto Direct because I was told that I had to pay for another key to be made If I had knew that before I brought the car and signed the papers I would have never brought that truck from you guys with one key. Still angry also we had a contract we went back because they added coverage for the vehicle which was too expensive over $3,000 they never said a word about that during the contract signing I have a problem with the people that work there don't explain the contract. So we came back we took off the coverage got our own coverage they made a new contract this is the second one the new contract made out payments cheaper instead of 299 we're paying $233 they never sent the second contract to the bank so the bank expects us to pay $299 how did he do the other contract without talking to the bank for the $233 a lower payment. I am very upset they are trying to rob us now they want to take the money and send it to the bank where we are paying less years that's not what I wanted I want it a lower payment not less years I am very unhappy with Auto Direct and I will be calling a lawyer because I have the original contract the second time I have two now how do you have a second contract if it wasn't legit. Because I realized they added on coverage that we never agreed upon that's why my bill was $299 I went back got a new contract for 233 now they're trying to act like they never signed a contract for $233 I have the contract I am very unhappy with Auto Direct and I will let Twitter Facebook and anyone that I know about what Auto Direct did to us because they're not trying to correct it More

As a returning customer to AUCTIONDIRECT I've always been happy but this time it was above and beyond! Chandler handled everything with such professionalism and kindness.
