On Wednesday night I was just driving by the dealership and looking at some beautiful cars from my car when Orlando invited me in I looked for a few minutes and told him I wasn’t interested I was just looking which was absolutely true at that time and day. But him being so nice and telling me that If I was slightly interested that he can work with me and wish me and my family a Happy Thanksgiving. So on Friday after dropping off my wife at work I decided to go and just look again because of Orlando. He helped me buy the 2 cars and was extremely nice to work with which made the decision to buy there even easier. The wife was happy too she finally gets her own car too. So, Bought two (2) cars from them Brand new 2019 Camry Hybrid LE and a Brand new 2020 Avalon hybrid XSE Dealership was great Orlando was great And also the man that made it happen was Michael Francis the Finance Manager which also helped to the best of he’s abilities under my financial disaster credit that I have. Also helped sell me the 2nd car ( 2019 Camry) with Orlando being there at every move and questions. Also Victor Sarmiento helped me after I bought the cars with some accessories that I wanted and his service and help was another reason why I will be buying a car again from them. ZERO INTEGRITY Salesman Kieth was extremely dishonest in how he presented the sales price of the car and fees. Once the contract had the, signature he rushed my mother citing the fact that the business had to close. Upon further review of the contract at home, we realized the error and tried to rectify. Keith insisted that my mother was LYING and that he informed us of all pertinent fees. When requesting the itemization of the contract, he said “it needs to be shredded in 48 hours for client privacy purposes”. STAY AWAY FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND THIS SALESMAN AT ALL TIMES. DISHONEST SHADY AND NO INTEGRITY! More

I bought a car with three year maintenance, and have in writing on the contract for sale that there is three year maintenance, yet they refuse to honor the contract and want to charge me for maintenance. I got Toyota corporate involved, and corporate confirmed that City World needs to honor the contract, yet City World still won’t honor what is in writing. My advice? Try Honda instead. Much more honorable customer service. More

I went in for service and inspection on my 2014 Toyota Corolla LE Eco Plus (purchased at the same dealership 2 years prior) and walked out THE SAME DAY! with a 2016 Toyota Corolla S. The dealership closes at 9pm and both Micheal and Jose assisted me above and beyond until I left the dealership at 9:30pm. Michael worked until no end to make sure I got the best deal possible. The transaction was not about selling me a new car, but more so about accommodating my needs, which is a breath of fresh air in a sales environment. Finalizing my transaction with Jose was a breeze. He made sure I understood my contract and was patient in answering all of my questions. When I returned the next day to thank Micheal, Victor was so kind in helping me set up my features on the vehicle. I am more than satisfied and would recommend these 3 individuals 10x over. More
