I had the worst car service. They replaced all four tires from my car with the old ones. The night before the appointment on July 19th, I had carwash, and on July 20th at 7:00 am They replaced all four tires from my car with the old ones. The night before the appointment on July 19th, I had carwash, and on July 20th at 7:00 am, I had a car service at the Toyota service center. They asked for a carwash. I rejected it because it was clean; however, when I got my car after service, the tires were dirty in comparison to my brand-new tires. I asked Jeannette to show me a video of what happened to my car during all 45 minutes of service. Victor Reynoso only showed me the video starting from 7:19. What happened to my car those 19 minutes? I don't know. I believe they have an old car shop where they replaced all four tires and successfully showed me a video where they rotated some replaced old tires. One tire cost about $200. More

Literally everyone I dealt with at this dealership was wonderful except Carly Watkins.Not only did she attack me verbally and lied on me, she was completely not helpful.
