Victor Quintanilla is great to work with. Very pleasant and soft spoken. He knew he was helping me overcome my stress with used vehicle purchase. He being the front end of the first exchange of car buying came off perfectly fine. He loves his job. He knows buying a car is one stressful thing but he makes sure that I am okay and for that shares his good light hearted moments about his life and in general and also is a good listener. He will become a great manager and he works with Jonathan who is one of the most pleasant person I have met in life. Both are friendly and are all ears to all questions I had. I think Fitzgerald of Rockville deserves a praise of how they operate quite well with finances, test driving and explaining the ins and outs about warranty so that we can make an informed decision. I am sure when he becomes Sales Manager if he decides to, he will be one of the greatest assets to this organization as people will definitely go to him.
