I purchased a car for $70k and when I took it to PA to get inspected, it failed the inspection. How does a $70k car fail an inspection in less than 2 weeks of buying it? From walking in the door and being greeted, we were then given over to Victor Palumbo, who we had met over the phone prior. With that, of course, we had a thought of what we wanted being BMW owners for close to 10 years, Victor started showing us available x3's. No pressure.. had all the answers to our questions, and we were honest to say we had to think about it, and were to visit another dealer that morning. within 45 minutes we called Victor back to secure our choice. From start to picking up the car on Monday, all our needs were met. Further, Howard Wu, the warranty and finance person, was personable and very knowledgeable of all the warranties that BMW has to offer. Great team, and love my new preowned x3! More
