The car left with was not the vin # on my paperwork. I called immediately after I realized it and was told not to worry everything was right in their system. A few days later a lady hits me . Insurance I called immediately after I realized it and was told not to worry everything was right in their system. A few days later a lady hits me . Insurance doesn’t move forward with the claim because the VINs don’t match on my paperwork. I’m in a pickle and they all acting like it’s my fault . Worse experience ever . I’m still waiting for the situation to be rectified More

I spoke with Honda Corporate Someone called the dealership on my behalf this morning and was told a new contract was being sent to them. I informed her they must have forged my signature because I didn’t sign a new contract and the one I signed should be voided . I think this is going to end up in a court room. Nothing is resolved

Stop trying to save face on here Someone did call and was told Damion will be in at 10:30am And no one from Bronx Honda has yet to call me … Call logs don’t lie It’s been a one way thing when it comes to reaching out . After they got my $4000 it’s like Vic was never at work or Raul didn’t get the message or Damion was just told about the situation and all I was told was not to worry everything is right in y’all system. Better not be forging my name on new contract.
