This was my second time buying a new car but my very first experience at Wantagh Mazda. When I walked through the door, I was greeted with friendly hello's and was taken care of right away. After a few first experience at Wantagh Mazda. When I walked through the door, I was greeted with friendly hello's and was taken care of right away. After a few seconds, I was introduced to Victor who approached me with professionalism along with a warming smile. Prior to my visit, I had done preliminary research on the car that I was interested in however, I was completely blown away by the knowledge Victor had on all Mazda cars. He instructed that I take the car of my interest out for a test drive where I was able to get completely comfortable with the vehicle and all of its functions. When I arrived back to the dealership, I was awaiting a pushy salesman who wanted nothing more but I sale. The experience I had after that was the complete opposite. Victor took the time and energy to listen to my needs and what exactly I was looking for. For the three hours I had spent with him, there was no point in time in which I felt that this was just a sale. There were no gimmicks or lines but complete honestly and forthcoming. He completely changed my point of view on what car salesman should be and honestly, ALL car salesmen should be just like Victor. I was then introduced to the Manager, Joe who was just as professional and friendly. They both made my experience a great one and moving forward, can now only see myself in a car from Wantagh Mazda.
