They took me right on time (I had a 9am appt.) and reminded me that my inspection was due that month and did I want to have it done right now. They completed the oil change and the inspection within an hour. They also told me upfront what the cost would be. I even had them change the battery in my remote car key. They are very nice and efficient and provide a very clean and pleasant waiting area. I already knew the sales division was top notch and I feel the same way about the service division. Would definitely come back again! More
