The service team walked me through roadside assistance, called ME to check on me while waiting for the tow truck, greeted the tow teuck as soon as we pulled up, held my hand to get me out of the tow truck, effortlessly pulled my records, made me comfortable with a cappuccino, washed my car, and got me out in under an hour! They heard me! They understood that I had important plans for the weekend with my daughter. They cared for me and my daughter! They stayed overtime to get me going! They made me feel not so far from home. Victor and his crew were beyond five stars. I am SO impressed. They represent Infiniti and all that the brand promises. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Tire replacement I am surprised that you do not keep tires in stock for your vehicles. I came to you to replace my flat tire and I was at the dealership for more than I am surprised that you do not keep tires in stock for your vehicles. I came to you to replace my flat tire and I was at the dealership for more than 2 hours waiting only to find out you couldn’t find a tire anywhere. After saying you would get me a loaner then no loaners were available. Subsequently we had to come back for a new tire. While there they tried to tell us we needed a new battery. My husband kind of felt you were just trying to sell us more. The battery is perfectly fine. Possibly it was left on while you were replacing the tire and the battery ran down. On top of that after you put my spare back the tools were not packed up and tucked away. I know the AAA guy who came to my rescue left them out but as a place that focuses on service I thought everything would have been buttoned up and not rattling around. I wish I went with my first instinct and went to my local tire center. This is the first time I ve had an issue with the service at Infiniti. More
