Didn't have any dealings with Veronica & Finance deals with banks that FORCE YOU TO PAY MORE $$$$ for insurance when bigger banks like Chase & Capital One do not! First of all I never had a Veronica to help me. When I called the dealer they lied to me about the price. I drove 1 hour and 40 mins to get here and then they slapped on a $4,999 surplus charge.
