They gave us a loaner and resolved the issues with our 2018 BMW. Even sent us a video explaining what was done. Upon turning my vehicle in at lease end, I was haggled to pay service charges that weren’t due for months. My car was left in the service department for over a week leaving me to pay for Ubers out of pocket pay service charges that weren’t due for months. My car was left in the service department for over a week leaving me to pay for Ubers out of pocket every day I didn’t have a vehicle. I called service and reached out to Jesus to have a manager call me back and i never heard from him/her. I was able to argue my way out of many charges but would have appreciated honest, ethical treatment from the get go. Had i been treated better i would have chose to lease a new BMW through Pacific but they lost my loyalty. More
