I've had several Toyota vehicles that I get serviced here at Lia and for the last couple of years I only use Vanessa Radley as my service advisor. She's great about working to accommodate my crazy schedule. at Lia and for the last couple of years I only use Vanessa Radley as my service advisor. She's great about working to accommodate my crazy schedule. Vanessa is good at explaining what the mechanics are recommending and whether it's a critical service or something that can be done at my next service, etc. She always tries to help keep my costs down through service discounts, rebates, etc. which is greatly appreciated. And she is always friendly and pleasant. More

Vanessa was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would like to thank Vanessa for the great service, she was a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend her. I would also like to thank the rest of the service team behind the scenes for always doing great work. I was there for a service appointment to get a safety recall completed on my T This review is for my visit to Lia Toyota of Colonie on March 20, 2019. I was there for a service appointment to get a safety recall completed on my Toyota Tacoma. Vanessa greeted me when I first arrived and got the process started, then Arthur took over from there. Both Vanessa and Arthur were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Arthur kept me informed periodically on the status of my truck while I was waiting. I am happy with the work done on my truck to correct the safety recall and there is a noticeable difference in break performance. I would like to thank Vanessa, Arthur, and the rest of the service team behind the scenes for taking good care of my truck and for the excellent service. I would highly recommend Vanessa, Arthur, and the rest of the service team at Lia Toyota of Colonie, as I have never had a bad experience there. More
