Place was very nice and clean, I liked how they were Accommodative to customers and ourselves Lady was amazing and super sweet! Definitely recommend this place! Our salesperson, Vanessa Quinones was incredible. She was knowledgeable & helpful throughout the whole purchase process. Vanessa & sales manager, Sam were complete professionals. Both made negotiations efficient & fair, and we were happy with speed of transaction. Vehicle was prepped and we were able to drive home that day. Had prior financing secured with hometown bank. Rebecca, finance clerk implied we could pay a higher Toyota interest rate since it was only (blank) more dollars -we declined. Rebecca got visibly upset we didn’t buy her additional upsell warranty. She was reluctant to deal with my banker. Questioned his identity because PDF draft instructions weren’t in preferred format. Ultimately Sam, stepped in and handled it. Rebecca might re-learn value of customer service, she almost lost the dealership this sale. However overall, we highly recommend Toyota of Rockwall and their sales staff. More

I went to Toyota of Rockwall on Saturday 3/31/2024 @ 9am to look at a vehicle I was interested in buying I was told on the phone the vehicle only had 12 miles so went I arrived I was greeted by a salesman a to look at a vehicle I was interested in buying I was told on the phone the vehicle only had 12 miles so went I arrived I was greeted by a salesman and escorted to Ms.Vanessa Quinones where she again stated it had only 12 miles and asked would you like to go on a test drive I said sure and when we got to the car I got in and she said we can't take it on the road only in parking lot which I thought was strange but ok I was listening to the vehicle because I read other buyers complaining of road noise so the short test drive was fine I then went back inside not thinking about looking at the miles on vehicle since I was told only 12 miles and being brand new model so we signed everything no problem until I got back to the car and noticed when I got on the highway the car was not detailed properly and the miles was almost at 100 which I paid for 12 not 100 miles and being lied to about that and they even told gap insurance and warranty that only 12 miles was on the vehicle and finding out i paid for a vehicle inspection that was already paid then I get home and get all my stuff out to detail and find a chip in the paint I have filed a complaint with Toyota but doesn't seem to have gone anywhere More

I placed a deposit for a specific sienna xse premium plus package. A month later, Ronnie called and said the has the exact model and build of my car minus entertainment package. I was ok with the car without package. A month later, Ronnie called and said the has the exact model and build of my car minus entertainment package. I was ok with the car without the entertainment package. The buying process was simple and straightforward but the delivery of the vehicle was a total mess. We had to go the dealership 3 different times to finally was able to drive the car home. The first delivery day, we found some minor blemishes to the paint of the car, then Ronnie promised they will taken care of the next time we go there to pick up the car. Two days later, Venessa called and asked if we would like to take the car as it and she’ll give us $250 credit back. I declined her offer and asked for the blemishes to be corrected and she promised she’ll have it done. We showed up to pick up the car only to see the blemishes are still there. She told us that she and the patched up guy looked everywhere on the car but couldn’t find the blemishes so nothing was done by the look of the car. Then she couldn’t find the key to the car because Ronnie took the keys home with him 2 days ago and that no one can get a hold of him after he called in sick. She also stated that he came in on his day off the day before to ensure the blemishes were taken care of but somehow still took the keys home and the blemishes were missed by Venessa and the patched up guy. She promised to drive and deliver the car herself once she gets the keys back from Ronnie. I told her she doesn’t have to do that and that we’ll come back next Friday to pick up the car. We went back to the dealership for delivery for the third time and was finally about to drive the car home. Ronnie apologized for his mistake and Venessa also apologized for his mistake but neither offered any compensations or anything to make up for the wasted time and efforts on everyone. I even texted Ronnie to get in touch with his GM but he never responded to that text along with my inquiries regarding to the price reduction for cash payment to my car that was advertised online. But payer was told that it was a price mistake online. The ordering process was easy but delivery process was frustrating and felt like they were making up excuses for the other person’s mistakes which spoiled any excitements we had for the car. We are returning customers that bought a new vehicle with y’all back in 2019, but we can’t say the same for future purchases after this experience More
