This was my second Jeep purchase from Criswell, and I still have no complaints! From my initial inquiry to my final purchase their sales, finance, and service staff were nothing less than great. My vehicle was up on the lift for 2 hours with nobody under it and then they hit me with a $250 labor bill to diagnose an exhaust leak. The new part will cost another $500 plus more labor. On top of that there is now a 3% fee to use a credit card. It's a dealer only repair, but I'm totally dissatisfied with Criswell. They used to be my go-to place for service. But NEVER again. More

We just received phenomenal service at Criswell Chrysler Jeep. The entire service team was attentive, forthright, and thorough. In particular, the customer service we received from Vanessa G. was simply hig Jeep. The entire service team was attentive, forthright, and thorough. In particular, the customer service we received from Vanessa G. was simply high-caliber. She could easily be a concierge at a five-star hotel resort. She was friendly, calm, expressed herself with complete knowledge of our car's problem and listened to our questions and/or concerns with a real genuine demeanor. We do not post a lot of reviews and I never have written a review of a dealership's service department, but our experience clearly stands out as just top-rate and we felt inspired to comment. Thank you Criswell Jeep Service department - we got our vehicle back in hand quickly, their Lyft service was phenomenal as well. And, a big thank you to Vanessa for making our experience so much better than it could have been when dealing with a car repair. More

We don't usually write reviews - but were honestly very impressed with this dealership. After trying a few other Jeep dealers (including Rockville), we were always very disappointed with the customer servi impressed with this dealership. After trying a few other Jeep dealers (including Rockville), we were always very disappointed with the customer service. Often very difficult to make an appointment or speak with someone who actually seems to care about our time. But at this Gaithersburg dealership, it was the exact opposite. Super friendly, responsive and caring. We've already come back a few times for oil change, Jeep maintenance etc - and will trust them for anything related to our Jeep. Great quality and service - honestly. More

Plain and simple, if you are looking for a knowledgeable Service Advisor regarding Jeep and Chrysler vehicles, listen to Vanessa! In over 27 years of owning vehicles from various manufacturers from numerous Service Advisor regarding Jeep and Chrysler vehicles, listen to Vanessa! In over 27 years of owning vehicles from various manufacturers from numerous dealerships, Vanessa is the ONLY one that I trust completely. Hands down. She actually listens, understands, and gives a __ about what I am saying/talking about and answers my question honestly. Not saying that other service agents at other dealerships lied to me, but Vanessa knows her stuff and doesn't waste my time. Any negative reviews of Vanessa should be based on the dealerships level and lack of ability to service vehicles efficiently, not on her. An oil change should not take 2 hours, so to review her negatively isn't fair when she isn't the one doing the oil change. She's only the first step of the service center process and she can only rely on the information given to her from the mechanics and such. More

I chose to go to Criswell Chrysler Jeep for service because the service department is awesome! Shane and Vanessa helped me out with one of my tires that had a bolt/nail in it (this week) and the wheel because the service department is awesome! Shane and Vanessa helped me out with one of my tires that had a bolt/nail in it (this week) and the wheel was also stuck onto the vehicle due to a over tightened lug bolt. They fixed everything and they are awesome, Criswell has a wonderful team in the service department!! More

I recently brought in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee for scheduled maintenance and was told by my "service advisor" that my power steering fluid was leaking and required replacement and was quoted $2,200. scheduled maintenance and was told by my "service advisor" that my power steering fluid was leaking and required replacement and was quoted $2,200. I wasn't anxious to spend $2,200 on a vehicle with almost 100K miles on it so I passed. I have watched the fluid level closely and driven 2,500 miles and there has been NO LEAK or any evidence of a previous leak. This was a shabby attempt at Grand Larceny. When they asked for my feedback on my visit I offered and they did not follow up. I would be very wary of trusting this service department based on my experience. I think the "service advisors" must be more focused on earning commissions than providing honest customer service. More
