My car notified to service need so I call service department and make appointment after one week that was on February 29th 1.00 pm feb 28th they called me and confirmed my appointment too but when I department and make appointment after one week that was on February 29th 1.00 pm feb 28th they called me and confirmed my appointment too but when I go there the service team says no one informed them so that I have to stay 4 hrs if need to do after lots of discussion they put me to finance department I so them my service agreement for 2 years which charged me 4000 $ he says they do only beak down he didn’t understand service agreement is for service it’s not breakdown that’s coming under warranty. The salesperson Ben, did a great job. I am very satisfied with his service. However, the Downey Hyundai office itself has bad communication channeling.
