My experience with the Mercedes Fredericksburg was outstanding. I did not walk in to purchase a car. But simply inquire into a quote for selling my Maserati. Walking in the showroom was immaculate and the sales associate gave me the space to walk around and look at all the cars in the showroom before she (Mercedes) came to talk to me. I was able to get a feel of the car that I would eventually purchase that same night, call my husband, and have him drive to the dealership. Mercedes was so patient with me as i wanted to see a few cars (and I test drove each of them). The team stayed late with me to close out my purchase and make sure I drove off a happy customer.
