The entire sale was done remotely. Valerie was a pleasure to deal with, answered all my questions promptly, even late at night and on her day off. The only (2) complaints I had during Valerie was a pleasure to deal with, answered all my questions promptly, even late at night and on her day off. The only (2) complaints I had during the entire process were (1) having not seen the vehicle in person, I had asked about possible dents / scratches. When it arrived, there was a small scratch on the front driver's side fender. I will; however, give Valerie the benefit of the doubt and acknowledge the possibility this could have occurred during shipping. I've asked her to send me a bottle / tube of touch up point and clear coat. If she does that, this problem will be totally resolved. The only other issue was not her fault or the dealership's fault. Delivery was supposed to be made on Thursday evening / night. It didn't arrive until Friday morning, but the delivery person made no contact with me and did not communicate that he would not be arriving that night, so I sat here the entire evening and night waiting, but again, I don't blame the dealership for this. I blame the delivery person for lack of communication. Overall the entire buying experience was great, dealing with Valerie was a pleasure and once I receive that touch up paint and clear coat, even though I don't live in the area, I'll still highly recommend the dealership and her as a salesperson. Definitely 5 Star, especially taking into account everything was done remotely. More
