She went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as p my first time buying a car, and I’m so grateful to have been able to work with Valencia! She went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible on my end, and made me feel like the most important customer at Russ Darrow. She also put in a lot of time to listen to me in order to understand my vision of the “perfect car” and handled my indecision and anxiety without pressure. I truly appreciate her patience with me! She absolutely helped me feel confident that I was making the right decision, and I ended up leaving the dealership with my dream car.
