I'm always greeted warmly, quickly connected with my service advisor, and either provided with a loaner or offered to wait in a clean and welcoming waiting area. I'm currently considering the purchase of a new or CPO Mercedes convertible. I've been working with Vadim Russu of the Sales & Leasing department, who has been excellent in every regard. He's kind, courteous, knowledgeable, flexible, and attentive without pressure. His manager, Donnie Moore, also provides warm welcoming service.
