I saw a vehicle I was interested in via an online search and decided to contact Foreign Cars Charlotte to request more information on the vehicle. I had no prior exposure or contact at the dealership so when I called I asked for someone in sales. Lucky for me I was connected with Umberto. Umberto is genuine, caring, a family man, and willing to go to work to do what he can for his client and customer. He told me he was newer at the dealership, but has been in the car business for decades and it shows, in a good way. Long and short is my wife and I bought the vehicle I originally called on and it was a result of his follow-up, follow through, and wanting to earn our business now and going forward.
