Due to the service being late in the day, unfortunately there was not enough time to correctly repair the brake concern. We would be happy to arrange picking up and delivering the car in order to complete the brake work and make sure the vehicle is safe for you to drive. I won’t ever be coming back again. It was not too late when I requested the brakes to be fixed. It was too late when your service person realized that he had screwed up. The incompetence of the customer service is so great there that this response to me even shows your incompetence. I was clear and your service person did not understand. He didn’t ask to clarify at the time. Horrible service at this place (I am not saying the name on purpose). Always makes me feel bad every time I have had a problem, like it is my fault. You are to blame. Your service people are to blame. Train them to clarify when they are confused better. Quit blaming me for your horrible training.
