I went to Dick Smith Ford in Raytown on Saturday. I was just looking to see what kind of deals were out there on trucks. I wasn't intending on buying one. My wife and I were first looking at used trucks a just looking to see what kind of deals were out there on trucks. I wasn't intending on buying one. My wife and I were first looking at used trucks and was greeted by Tyrone Jackson. He was very pleasant. We told him we were just looking around and he said ok but let him know if we need anything. A few minutes later Jim Leathers approached us and at that point we had questions about a couple used trucks. He answered all our questions and we actually test drove a 2018 F150 Sport. I really enjoyed driving it. When we got back to the dealership my wife spotted a new dark blue F150 Jim got the keys and gave us a thorough explanation of all the features. We test drove that vehicle as well and ended buying the new truck. Our experience with purchasing the truck at Dick Smith Ford and working with Jim and Tyrone couldn't have gone better. Just want to share my experience with The Ford Company and other shoppers looking for a used/new vehicle. More

Three Cheers for Tyrone and Wayne I had a very pleasant shopping experience at Dick Smith Ford in Raytown, MO. Tyrone Jackson was very responsive to our email inquires prior to settin I had a very pleasant shopping experience at Dick Smith Ford in Raytown, MO. Tyrone Jackson was very responsive to our email inquires prior to setting foot at the dealership. He went above and beyond to assure us that the Ford I was looking for was the one on their lot and gave us a price online. Upon arriving at the dealership, Wayne Eagle was quick to greet us and offer assistance. (We'd been experiencing delayed salesperson presence at other dealers, so this was immediately encouraging.) Wayne answered all of our questions. Our trade-in was evaluated in an expedient manner and our keys promptly returned to us. Negotiations went well also, Wayne could negotiate without leaving our sight so we were never left wondering where our salesman had gone. (Something else we experienced at other dealerships.) Financing went very well also and upon completion, Jess Wehri presented us with a flash drive of all our documents-impressive. I hate care shopping, but I would definitely shop at Raytown Ford again. They listened to what we wanted, there was no hard pressure applied at any step in the process, and I'm a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend Dick Smith Ford in Raytown, MO. More
